TomTom Go 950 Live Red Cross On Screen - Software Issue
To soft-reset your TomTom Go 950 device, do the following:
Charge your TomTom device for at least 2 hours Make sure the charging light on your TomTom device is on.
To Soft-Reset your TomTom Go 950 device.
Press and hold the On/Off button (Power Button) until your device restarts.
The Soft-Reset process can take more than fifteen seconds.
