The battery of your navigation device won't hold charge.
We recommend that you first try to charge your device for at least 2 hours. Then soft reset your unit .
Don't forget that you can use your navigation device with the car or home charger even if you have a problem with the battery.
If the battery last less than 1 hour is time for a new one.
