Terms of service
Quotation
Quotation is a Repair Enquiry Form witch is filled out and emailed to us.
The Repair Enquiry Form (Quote) requests some basic and necessary information such as the Fault , condition and perceived problem. Based on the information you have provided to us you will receive the price for the repair. It is possible that the price to repair the unit is higher than the estimated price (for example, if the information provided was inaccurate, or if your unit has other faults). If the unit repair price is higher than the estimated price , you will be contacted via email or phone to authorise a new repair quotation.
Minimum Charge
Minimum Charge apply to all repairs. The minimum charge covers engineer’s time and any parts used to attempt to repair the unit. The minimum charge apply to all cases Inspection, Diagnostic, in case you refuse the new quotation price, also if the unit is Beyond Economical Repair.
Note that return postage cost will be charged in addition to the minimum charge.
We may waive the postal price and minimum charge if you give us permission to use the damaged unit for spare parts.
Accessories and Miscellaneous items
Please don’t send any accessory like ( SIM cards , memory cards, chargers, mount, software, manuals, carry case) unless we have specifically requested them. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to accessories whilst in our possession.
We may request the certain accessories to be sent in for further testing as they may be related to the fault , in this cases we will return them to you once the repair will be completed.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta & PayPal via our online payment system.
Payments are requested by email once a repair has either been completed successfully or if the unit has been deemed Beyond Economical Repair or you refuse a re-quote. Cheque payments will be subject to a clearance delay of approximately 5 working days.
