The Satnav was repaired quickly and returned very well packaged, the whole process taking just a few days. I was kept very clearly informed via email and your website of the progress of the repair. I was a little confused by the payment options and had I known I could have paid via paypal before I sent the device, I would not have enclosed a cheque. I am very happy with the satnav which two days after it was returned got me to Sheffield as it should have. It worked great except I had not added a voice to it before leaving. So be aware anyone else that you may need to add that when it returns. All in all a fantastic service and much cheaper than a new unit, well done and thanks Satnav Repairs great job
