Description

If you see on your TomTom screen or on memory card a red or white cross send the unit to our repair service. The repair will include replacing the software and other faults.

What can cause the problem?

Your TomTom software is corrupt.
Your TomTom memory haves problems.
Your TomTom memory card is damaged.

What we can do?

We will inspect and repair the TomTom.
Additional devices need to be installed with SWS adaptors by technicians.
We will replace the broken parts only with brand new genuine ones, other wise indicated graded parts.
